As it is the case wth most celebrations around the world, food is often the centerpiece of family reunions and holds a very important/symbolic role during the festivities. The Jewish tradition isn't an exception when it comes to feasting well...

ROSH HASHANAH 2007 - FOOD IDEAS

Here is a post that might be helpful for those of you who celebrate Rosh Hashanah (see infos), the Jewish New Year (starts on Thursday the 13th September), and are clueless about what to eat during this festive period. It might also interest all the foodies who want to broaden their culinary horizons and discover new dishes.
