RHUBARB RHUBARB

Rhubarb is back and I'm going to use it as much as possible, because, unfortunately, the pleasure of eating it is limited in time!...

  3. J'ai vu une mousse rhubarbe avec fraises fraiches autour chez coop.ch.
    N'oublie pas les compotes et confitures pour en profiter plus longtemps. et je crois que ca se congèle apres l'avoir fait blanchir a l'eau bouillante très vite.

    TEXMEX: Merci, j'y ferai un tour. Non, je ne les oublie pas! Du reste, je pense que je vais congeler ma rhubarbe. En fait, on peut congeler la compote, mais on peut aussi la congeler coupée en morceaux (crue)...
