HERMANCE - THE VILLAGE

Two weeks ago, I blogged about my little trip to Hermance (see post) and showed you pictures of an old boat dating from 1914 (CGN site with boat details). Well, this time, I have decided to show you how that old (some houses were built in the 13th century) and quaint village looks...

I hope you'll enjoy what you see!

Tu as toujours le chic pour nous faire part de tes balades d'une bien belle façon! J'adore la maison avec cette végétation qui grimpe de tous les côtés :-) Le coin à l'air bien tranquille en tous cas.

What an absolutely beautiful village, Rosa. I'm particularly affected by the first two photos and the final cafe photo. I love the contrast of the more neutral buildings with the flashes of color.

This kind of reminds me of some of the colonial architecture seen in South America, those balconies with all the flowers... lovely!
