SHIONGE: Well, it depends on the cats... They are "little tigers" so by definition they will act like wild animals!!! Mine are well-behaved so they don't really scatch the furniture (only a little, but nothing horrible). We bought a tree for them.
If you want a cat don't forget that there are pros and cons like with any other animal. ;-P
Your kitty obviously knows what's important...enjoying the small wonders of life ;o)
