LAUSANNE - CATHEDRAL

Today, I am sharing a set of photos that I would normally put up on my blog on Fridays. Exceptionally, due to Daring Bakers schedules, the Wednesday recipe will be posted on Saturday (28th of February, around 12h00 AM) instead...

As I still had a few shots left of my trip to Lausanne (in November 2008), I thought that I'd show you how the Cathedral of Notre-Dame and it's surroundings look. Enjoy!

J'aime beaucoup les bâtiments avec des bow-windows. J'attends avec impatience le nouveau défi des daring bakers

How lovely! Those street shots are so clean and uncluttered that it almost looks like a movie set.

Lovely photos Rosa. The interior resembles a lot with St. Paul's Cathedral in Geneva.

Wow, that is s beautful. What a difference from where I live (which right now is getting pummeled with snow). We went to New Zealand a few years back, and one of my favorite things was the architecture - that, and the fact that it reminded me of Montana with shoreline.

Thank you so much for sharing these stunning photographs with us... I can just envision myself thee - truly the sign of a great photo (it draws you in) BRAVO!
