  4. beautiful article! I too cook for double batches and I do store a lot of ice friendly food. And I totally agree with you to reduce the supermarket visit. Every time I go there, I buy more than what i need.

  25. Great tips Rosa, I agree with all and I add: never go to the supermarket on an empty stomach as you will want to buy everything:)
    Today I went to the farmers' market and bought lovely fresh anchoview for 3 Euros a kilo and with a wonderful beetroot salad and taramosalta, will be eating 2 days.
