DROOLWORTHY - SALIVEZ, CHERS AMIS

Just a little note to inform you that my Monday post/recipe will be on my blog only on Wednesday the 6th of August... No, no, I'm not on holiday! Only working and running around like a freak...

As I love teasing you, here's a picture of a cake I baked a few weeks ago. It was made with ricotta, poppy seeds and lemon zest as well as lemon juice. I decorated it with lemon glaze for more flavor. It was delicious! Unfortunately, I can't give you the recipe now (only the link in French or the link to a very similar recipe), sorry.

I can totally understand you being busy - that's how I am right now too - lol.

This cake though - ricotta and lemon - yes, that sounds like something I need to try.

I love using ricotta in cakes! I also put it in muffins. Yum! I've actually started making my own with the leftovers after I've made mozzarella. Delicious!

Blessings!

Those look good! I like that they look a lot more like pancakes than the fitters that I make do. I will have to trey adding some mint to mine next time.
