I've been coming to your blog to for your buttermilk bread recipe. When I saw these pictures, I started to think "Hmm, that looks a lot like Geneva -- those could be the Jura mountains." And then I saw that one little "bump" along the line of the mountains and then the Satigny sign confirmed it all. As my boyfriend did a year at CERN we often went walking around this area. We particularly enjoyed Russin's wine festival. I miss Geneva so very much and walking around in those vineyards. So not only is this now a great resource for recipes, but also a place with lovely pictures reminding me of some of the best times of my life! Thank you!
It's been ages since I've seen vineyards and your wonderful photos make me miss them. Glad to see you're enjoying the summer in such stunning landscapes.
