THE LAST AUTUMN DAY

Veyrier Fall 7.1 bis

Veyrier Fall 6.2 bis
Although winter has arrived one month earlier, today I want to share with you some of the last pictures I took while it was still looking very autumn-like.

On that very day (2 weeks ago) the air was very warm and the sky was azure blue. The trees had lost most of their leaves but an orangy-red hue was still to be seen. A few days later, it had disappeared and not long after the first snow was falling on the plains.

As the sunset was spectacular, we decided to go out for a walk around the fields. The sceneries were mindblowing, the light was delightfully golden and a magic atmosphere surrounded us. At that very moment, it seemed all our problems faded away...

Wonderful photos to remind us of autumn's beauty. Winter arrives so fast and you forget that. It's true that everything seems so much easier when you just live for the moment.

If all our problems could fade away so easily - but you are right, beauty helps.

For me, it's always a little sad when Autumn makes way for Winter. So I'm taking in these breathtaking images for all they're worth.

Rosa, the vistas do appear magical—the mountains, especially, are spectacular!

Your pictures are always amazingly beautiful. I love the first one especially. It looks like the mountain is covered in brown sugar. I will call it brown sugar mountain. Maybe, I think to much about food..lol
