ReplyDeleteChe bella stampa! I love making corzetti. I have quite a collection of stamps myself. The tools are works of art, and the pasta is so unique. With a tradition that stretches back hundreds of years to the glory days of the Republic of Genoa, this is a pasta to be proud of.
