ReplyDeleteI whole heartedly agree with you! About caring about what we put in our belly and eating seasonal homemade as much as possible! I have promised myself a similar diet this year with as little meat as possible, little dairy (cannot give up cheese!) and lots of whole grains, vegetables, fruits and fish. It feels wonderful and honestly I don't feel restricted! It's so healthy!
